1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a DesiERP account you (the "Merchant") agree to these
Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy set out
below. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the
service. You confirm that the business and contact details you
provide are accurate and that you are authorised to register the
business.
2. The Service
DesiERP is a recharge-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP for
billing, inventory, accounting and reporting. Access to the service is
provided on a prepaid, per-day usage basis and remains active only
for the number of days you have recharged. Generating e-invoices
(IRN) and e-way bills on the government portals is not part of the
subscription; it is an optional add-on, bought separately as
prepaid credits and used at one credit for each IRN or e-way bill. The
charge for credits covers what is paid to the GSP (GST Suvidha
Provider) through which those documents reach the portals.
3. Subscription, Recharge & Validity
- A one-time setup fee of Rs 100 is charged when a new account is
created.
- Usage is charged at Rs 10 per day for the days you choose (1 to 365), less 5% from 30 days, 10% from 180 days and 15% for 365 days.
- Goods & Services Tax (GST) is added at the applicable
government rate (currently 18%).
- Your account stays active until the paid validity expires;
recharging again extends the validity by the selected number of
days.
- On expiry, access to features may be suspended until the account
is recharged. Your data is retained as described in the Privacy
Policy.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do
not store your full card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers.
A tax invoice is generated using your registered business details
(including GSTIN, where provided). You are responsible for the
accuracy of the GSTIN and billing information you supply.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Recharge amounts are prepaid usage credits and are generally
non-refundable once the validity period has started.
- The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
- If you are charged due to a proven technical error (for example, a
duplicate charge for the same recharge), the excess amount will be
refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working
days after verification.
- To request a refund for a billing error, contact
support@desierp.com with your registered mobile number and the
payment reference within 7 days of the transaction.
- Applicable taxes on refunded amounts are handled as per prevailing
government rules.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access,
upload unlawful content, or use DesiERP for any activity that
violates applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that breach these
terms.
7. Privacy Policy
- We collect the business, contact, address and location (PIN
code) details you provide in order to create and operate your
account and generate invoices.
- Your password/PIN is stored in encrypted (hashed) form and is
never visible to us.
- We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with the
payment gateway and other service providers strictly to operate
the service, and with authorities where required by law.
- Your business data is retained while your account exists and for a
reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You
may request deletion by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To
the maximum extent permitted by law, SCM Software Lab shall not be
liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for
any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the
preceding one month.
9. Changes & Contact
We may update these policies from time to time; continued use of the
service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For any
